Returns

All our products are made and packed with extreme care in curated packs to make sure you receive them in their best condition. In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your products, we can provide replacement for your products. No monetary refund will be provided.

Contact number shared for delivery should be a valid 10 digit mobile number of the customer / point of contact. In case the phone number is not contactable or is a wrong number, delivery failure will not be the responsibility of Boxes at 169 degree.


Can a cancelation or change in order be made after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled if the request is made within a few hours of the order being placed and your order hasn't been packed/ dispatched. Normally, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to into our warehouse for fulfilment and thus cannot be changed.


Exchanges in case of damaged goods (if applicable)

We take great care in packaging our products so there is zero damage to your package. However, in case you receive defective or damaged goods, we will gladly replace it for you. Kindly email us images of the unopened and unused parcel illustrating the damaged areas within 12 hours at www.169boxes.com . We will contact the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim if applicable. Once the claim is approved and the materials are received back by us, the replacement shall be sent to you. our courier partners will initiate a pickup.

Please note you would need to pack the product and stick the address/return label before handing the product to our courier partner. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.


Returns in case of quality issues:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our product(s), please return the goods back to us and we will try to replace. This policy does not apply to custom printed orders. Custom printed orders are non-returnable.

Our prime focus is to deliver colours and products as accurately as shown on our website, but due to certain conditions like paper texture, inks used, weather conditions, monitor settings; minor differences may occur. Rest assured, we never compromise on the quality of the materials used. Due to the fact that our products are made to order, and can't be returned, you should be sure that any slight colour variations (if any) that are possible from our final printed products would be acceptable to you.


How to return:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return the package back to us and we will replace (less courier/ shipping charges) upon receipt of the package & quality checks. You are liable to bear the cost of shipping the goods back to us.

Email us at boxes169degree@gmail.com with the reason for your return and we will send you the return address. Please place the item along with the original invoice and and ship it back to the address given in the email you received.

If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to send back the package.
